State-of-the-Art Methods for Semantic and Sentiment Text Analysis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování rešerše současného vědění a představení aktuálních trendů v oblasti strojového učení pro sémantickou a sentimentální analýzu. Pozornost byla věnována hlavně neuronovým sítím a v současné době nejmodernější architektuře, Transformeru, díky které se v poslední době dosáhlo výrazného pokroku v těchto oblastech. Z těchto vědomostí jsou vypracovány a anotovány implementace typových úloh v Jupyter Notebooks v jazyce Python pro využití ve specializovaných předmětech magisterského studia zaměřených na umělou inteligenci, strojové učení a neuronové sítě.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on conducting a literature review of the current knowledge in the field of machine learning for semantic, sentiment analysis and recent trends in this area. Special attention has been given to neural networks, particularly the state-of-the-art architecture called Transformer, which has recently achieved significant progress in these areas. Based on this knowledge, implementations of some typical tasks along with their annotations were made in the form of Jupyter notebooks in Python programming language designed for use in specialized subjects of a master's degree program, that are centered around artificial intelligence, machine learning and neural networks.
