Bakalárska práca je empirickou štúdiou zaoberajúcou sa riešením aktuálnych obchodných sporov Spojených štátov a Číny v rámci systému WTO. Práca postupuje od všeobecného ku konkrétnemu, a tak v prvých kapitolách uvedie do kontextu aktuálneho medzinárodného obchodného systému, práva a štruktúry WTO a aktuálnych ekonomických vzťahov Spojených štátov a Číny.
