Občianskoprávna ochrana osobnostných práv tvorí základ celkovej ochrany osobnosti v slovenskom právnom poriadku. Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo analyzovať ochranu osobnostných práv v slovenskom právnom poriadku. V prvej časti práce sme chceli poukázať na najdôležitejšie prvky ochrany osobnosti.
