Characteristics of the Catering Establishment Network in the Central Region (municipalities and towns in the Kladno District, from S - Ž).

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zmapování gastronomických provozoven ve Středočeském kraji, obce a města na území okresu Kladno, řazené podle abecedy od S do Ž. V práci jsou použity následující metody: syntéza, analýza silných a slabých stránek a komparace. Vlastní šetření bylo provedeno na základě osobního kontaktu s provozovateli nebo zaměstnanci provozoven. Dále byl zjištěn stav gastronomických provozoven, podle následujících kritérií: název a umístění provozovny, forma provozování, v jaké je podnik kategorii, zda se jedná o samostatný podnik nebo zda je součástí ubytovacího zařízení, jaká je kapacita podniku a počet středisek. Dále byla zkoumána provozní doba provozovny, jedná-li se o podnik s celoročním nebo sezónním provozem. Kolik je v podniku zaměstnáno pracovníků, jaká je zaměřenost provozovny, cenová hladina a klientela. Zda jsou členy Asociace hotelů a restaurací České republiky a zda mají webové stránky. Jak mají vyřešenu problematiku kouření. Také bylo zjišťováno, jestli mají dětský koutek a bezdrátové internetové připojení. Během šetření byly zjištěny tyto skutečnosti. Největší zastoupení ve zkoumané oblasti mají restaurace, daleko za nimi jsou pak hospody a hostince. V současné době gastronomické provozovny vůbec nezohledňují naše nejmladší spoluobčany, v 79 % se nenachází dětský koutek a v 54 % je povoleno kouření. Z hlediska hygieny jsou i provozovny, které už na první pohled zákazníka odradí. Pouze 15 % provozovnám, které jsou na vyšší úrovni, není co vytknout a zbylých 85 % provozoven by mělo rozšířit a zkvalitnit nabídku služeb. Samozřejmě vše závisí na samotném provozovateli.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to analyze the gastronomic facilities in the Central Region, the villages and towns in the district of Kladno, sorted alphabetically from S to Z. The paper uses the following methods: synthesis, analysis of strengths and weaknesses and comparison. The actual survey was done on the basis of personal contact with the operators of facilities or with their employees. Next the condition of catering establishments has been detected, according to the following criteria: the name and location of the facility, the form of operation, its business category, whether it is an independent facility or it is a part of an accommodation business, what is its capacity and what is the number of the centers. Business hours, the operation (seasonal/all year long) were examined. How many people are employed? What is the establishment focused on? What is the price level and klientele? Whether they are members of the Association of Hotels and Restaurants Czech Republic and whether they have a website. How to deal with the problem of smoking? Futhermore it was investigated if there is a children's playground area and wireless internet access. During the investigation, the following revealed: restaurants have the greatest representation in this study area, while pubs and inns are for blind them currently, catering facilities do not take our youngest Citizen into account in 79% of them there is not a children's play area and in 54% of them smoking is allowed. In terms of hygiene there are establishments which even at first glance discourage customer. Only 15% of establishments are at a higher level and there is nothnig to reproach, and the remaining 85% of establishments should expand and improve the range of services. Of course, everything depends on the operator himself.
