Analysis of the way of motivating employees in the selected company

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zkoumaní a analýza faktoru motivace zaměstnanců vybraného hotelu, jejich spokojenosti se současnou situaci na pracoviště a následující navrhovaní metod zvýšení motivace personálů. Lidský kapitál – zaměstnanci jsou hlavním zdrojem jakékoli organizace. Správný management lidským kapitálem je zdrojem konkurenceschopnosti každého podniků. Cíle této diplomové práce jsou dosaženy díky kvalitativní analýze která byla provedena v hotelu. Přínosem této práce je seznam doporučení pro vedoucí hotelu, které působí ke zvýšení motivace personálů spokojenosti pracovníků a tím snížení jejích fluktuace.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to examine and analyze the motivation factor of employees of the selected hotel, their satisfaction with the current situation in the workplace and the subsequent design of methods to increase staff motivation. Human capital - employees are the main resource of any organization. Proper human capital management is a source of competitiveness for any business. The goals of this diploma thesis are achieved thanks to the qualitative analysis that was performed in the hotel. The benefit of this work is a list of recommendations for hotel managers, which work to increase staff motivation and employee satisfaction and thus reduce their turnover.
