Diplomová práce se zabývá prezentací rekreačních pobytů a volnočasových aktivity jako forem benefitu. Cílem práce je vypracování hodnocení přístupu vedení společnosti k poskytování výhod v podobě rekreačních pobytů a jiných forem cestovního ruchu.
