Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice správního trestání, jehož stěžejním právním předpisem je zákon o přestupcích. Ten vymezuje podmínky ukládání správních trestů a současně demonstrativně uvádí, jaké tresty je možné za porušení správně-právní odpovědnosti uložit. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of administrative punishment, the main legal regulation of which is the Act on Misdemeanors. It defines the conditions for imposing administrative sanctions and demonstratively indicates which penalties can be imposed for violating administrative responsibility.
