Planning and managing purchasing in an e-business company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou plánování a řízení nákupu ve společnosti Exasoft Holding a.s. Teoretická část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska k problematice řízení a plánování nákupu a dále jsou zde popsány nákupní procesy na internetu. V praktické části je nejdříve popsán současný stav zásobování ve firmě a získávání informací o konkurenci. Dále jsou identifikovány problémy, na které jsou navrhnuta opatření pro jejich zlepšení. V závěru práce je zhodnocena efektivnost navrhovaných opatření.

Abstract:

This thesis follow up planning issues as well as purchasing control in the company Exasoft Holding a.s. The teoretical part of this work includes teoretical solutions to issues as a purchasing control and planning and there are described purchasing processes on the internet. On the practical part there is at first described present state of supply chain in the company and gaining the information about rival companies. Further there are identified problems to which actions are suggested for their improvement. On the closing part of this work there is evaluated an efficiency of suggested arrangements.
