Tato diplomová práce je věnována analýze trhu práce, migraci a stárnutí obyvatelstva v Rusku. První kapitola teoretické části popisuje trh práce jako celek, jeho prvky a funkce. This master thesis is focused on the analysis of the labor market, migration and population aging in Russia. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes the labor market as a whole, its elements and functions.
