Determination of plastic content in composts

Abstract:

Téma této práce je stanovení obsahu plastů v kompostech. Obsah plastů v kompostu, je poměrně málo prozkoumaným tématem. Práce se zabývá stanovením počtu plastových částic obsažených v různých vzorcích kompostu. Využitá metoda je založena na optické identifikaci plastových částic ve vzorku pomocí mikroskopu. Cílem práce je stanovení obsahu plastových částic v jednotlivých vzorcích. Porovnání množství plastů v jednotlivých typech kompostu s ohledem na počet a tvar plastových částic a následné zvážení možných cest vstupu plastů do kompostovacího procesu.

Abstract:

Topic of the thesis is Determination of plastic content in the compost. The content of plastics in compost is a relatively little explored topic. The work is focused on determination of the plastic items contained in various samples of compost . The used method is based on optical identification of plastic partitles in samples by microscope. The aim of the work is to determine the content of plastic particles in individual samples. Comparison of the amount of plastics in individual types of compost with regard to the number and shape of plastic particles and subsequent consideration of possible ways of entry of plastics into the composting process
