Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Rehabilitace po zlomenině bederního obratle řeší problematiku anatomie bederního úseku páteře a poúrazové komplexní péče o klienta. Komplexní léčba začíná ihned po stanovení diagnózy a končí v okamţiku návratu klienta v ideálním případě do stavu, který měl před úrazem. V této práci bude kladen důraz na práci fyzioterapeuta a na moţnosti vyuţití fyzioterapie při poranění bederní páteře. Skladba této péče začíná u fyzikálních metod a končí u fyzioterapeutických konceptů. V hlavní části textu uvedeme také krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán.

Abstract:

Bachalor thesis has supported topic Retrieval after fracture of lumbar vertebra and reply us on the questions from anatomy of lumbar part of the spina and following complex patient´s care. Complex therapy has started at the beginning of an accident and has finished in the moment of patient´s return in a primary status. In this thesis, an accent will be given on the work of physiotheprapist, which has been using a methods for a treatment of patient. Structure of this work beggines with physical methods and finishes with physiotherapy concepts. We can find short-term and long-term physiotherapic scheme, in the main part of bachalor thesis.
