E-business in terms of VAT

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma e-business z pohledu DPH, kde cílem je analyzovat a popsat problematiku elektronického obchodování mezi ČR a členskými státy Evropské unie na příkladu e-shopů z pohledu DPH. Na základě provedené analýzy navrhnout možná řešení modelových situací. V úvodní části je popsána teoretická oblast, která se zabývá druhy e-businessu, dále charakterizování e-businessu jako takového, e-shopu a e-commerce. V druhé úseku teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy spojené s druhou částí tématu bakalářské práce a to pojmy problematiky DPH. Analyzováním vybraných vzorků a následnému vytvoření modelových situací jsou obě části teorie spojeny. K naplnění cíle dochází právě ve vymezení výše zmíněných modelových situacích a v poslední řadě v kritickém zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is e-business from the point of view of VAT and the goal is to analyse and describe the problematic of electronic trade between the Czech Republic and the member states of the European Union, based on the practical examples of e-shops from the perspective of VAT. On the grounds of the analyses the possible solutions of the scenarios will be proposed. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focuses on the types of e-business and characteristic of e-business as itself, e-shop and e-commerce. The second theoretical part defines the terms used in the second part of the topic connected to the problematic of VAT. Analyses of the selected samples and creation of scenarios connects both parts of the theory. The upper-mentioned definition of scenarios and their critical assessment ensures that the objective of this thesis is met.
