Abstract:

V závěrečné práci jsou představeny kosmetické vonné ingredience se zaměřením na přírodní pižma a jejich syntetické analogy. U syntetických pižem jsou rozebrány jednotlivé třídy, jejich vývoj a samotná výroba. Dále jsou představeny aplikace v kosmetických produktech. Cílem práce je kritické zhodnocení vlivu pižma na zdraví a životní prostředí. Tato problematika zahrnuje detekci těchto látek, jejich složitou degradabilitu a dlouhodobé působení na organismus ve velmi malých dávkách. Na základě zmapování dostupných výzkumů jsou zhodnoceny možnosti jejich odstraňování z vodních zdrojů a možnosti rozložitelnosti s výhledem do budoucna.

Abstract:

In the final thesis are presented cosmetic fragrance ingredients, focusing on natural musks and their synthetic analogues. In the case of synthetic musks are analyzed the individual classes, their development and production itself. The application in cosmetic products is also presented. The aim of the thesis is a critical assessment of musk and its influence on health and the environment. This includes the detection of these substances, their complex degradability and long-term effects on the organism in very small quantities. Based on the mapping of available research, there are evaluated the possibilities of their removal from water sources and the possibilities of degradability considering future prospects.
