Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá působením stresu a jednotlivých stresujících faktorů v učitelské praxi. Definuje druhy stresu, jeho vznik, příznaky a vliv na lidský organismus. Pozornost je věnována stresujícím faktorům v učitelském prostředí, metodám a strategiím zvládání stresu. Praktická část zjišťuje, jakým stresujícím faktorům jsou vystaveni učitelé na Střední odborné škole a Středním odborném učilišti a jaké metody zvládání stresu používají.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the impact of stress and particular stressful factors in teaching experience. It defines the kinds of stress, its origin, symptoms and influence on the human body. The attention is given to the stressful factors in the teaching environment and to the methods and strategies of coping with the stress. The practical part finds out which stressful factors are faced by the teachers at a secondary special school and secondary vocational school and which methods they use to cope with their stress.
