Reconstruction selected of the Concrete Blocks of the Flats

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh ,,Rekonstrukce vybraného panelového domu“. Práce se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. V teoretická části je popsán vývoj výstavby panelových domů a specifika panelové soustavy VVÚ ETA. Dále jsou uvedeny vady a poruchy, které se v panelových domech vyskytují, včetně popsání jejich sanace. V aplikační části je řešena rekonstrukce panelového domu VVÚ ETA, ve které se věnuji prohlídce objektu, objeveným vadám a poruchám. Poté popisuji zvolený návrh sanace včetně popsání postupu jednotlivých prací. Celá aplikační část se zaměřuje na možnosti zlepšení komfortu bydlení v panelových domech, prodloužení životnosti samotné stavby a snížení nákladů na energickou spotřebu celého domu.

Abstract:

The Aim of this thesis is a plan for “Reconstruction of a chosen concrete block of flats”. This work consists of theoretical part and practical application part. In the theoretical part I have described the development of the construction of prefabricated concrete houses and specifications of the system VVÚ ETA. Further in this part faults and problems that can be found in the prefabricated concrete houses are listed, including their possible redevelopment options. In the practical application part a reconstruction of a prefabricated concrete house type VVÚ ETA is dealt with. This part focuses on the house where I have carried out my observations during which I have paid special attention to discovered problems and faults of the chosen building. Then I am describing proposed plan of reconstruction including detailed description of all the work. The whole second part concentrates on possibilities offering better comfort of living in the prefabricated concrete blocks of flats, extension of the life expectancy of the building and reduction of the cost of energetic consumption of the entire house.
