Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na realitní trh středočeského regionu. Práce popisuje, jak se pohybují ceny nemovitostí a vysvětlení, k čemu slouží cenové mapy. Dále jsou zde popsány možnosti financování nemovitostí, postupy nebo typy hypotečních úvěrů. V praktické části se zaměřuji na aktuální příčiny pohybu cen nemovitostí na trhu. My dissertation focuses on the property market in the central Bohemia region. The dissertation describes property prices fluctuation and the use of regional price maps. The thesis also describes the options for financing property including the types of mortgages that are available.
