Electronic banking

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zhodnocením stávající situace v oblasti elektronického bankovnictví na českém bankovním trhu. Na úvodní kapitolu týkající se obecné charakteristiky produktů elektronického bankovnictví navazuje stručný popis konkrétní nabídky služeb elektronického bankovnictví u čtyř mnou vybraných bank. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola tvoří praktickou část. Zde jsem se snažila porovnat náklady vybraných bank, které jsou spojené s využíváním elektronického bankovnictví Na za závěr uvádím popis a zhodnocení uživatelského prostředí internetového bankovnictví u vybraných bank.

Abstract:

The thesis examines existing situation in the area of e-banking on Czech bank market. The introductory chapter, which characterizes products of e-banking in general, is followed by brief description of a concrete offer of e-banking services supplied by four banks I chose. Third and fourth chapter is practical part. Here I tried to compare costs related to the usage of e-banking services in particular banks. In conclusion I describe and assess interface of e-banking of the chosen banks.
