Judicial decisions according to Civil Procedure Code

Abstract:

Our bachelor´s thesis presents the part of the legal proceeding in the relation to the judicial decisions in terms of the Slovak Civil Procedure Code. It deals not only with the current legal rules but as well with the historical development of the legal decisions, focusing mostly on the Roman and the Middle-Aged civil legal proceeding. The second chapter defines the concrete types of judicial decisions. The main objective of the judicial decisions is to decide confrontational as well as non-confrontational cases. Only the courts are entitled to render the judicial decisions.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca prináša pohľad na oblasť občianskeho procesu vo vzťahu k súdnym rozhodnutiam v podmienkach slovenského právneho poriadku. Okrem súčasne platnej úpravy je v tejto práci priblížený aj historický vývoj súdnych rozhodnutí s poukázaním najmä na rímsky a stredoveký občiansky proces. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá definovaním jednotlivých druhov súdnych rozhodnutí. Úlohou súdnych rozhodnutí je rozhodovať sporové aj nesporové veci. Len súdy majú právomoc vydávať súdne rozhodnutia.
