Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou určitosti žalobního petitu u jednotlivých typů žalob. Cílem je zjistit, jaká je aktuální soudní praxe, zda je vyhovující, a také nastínit řešení možných problémů. K získání výsledku bylo použito dosavadní odborné literatury, monografické i komentářové, samozřejmě i relevantní judikatury. Součástí práce je i historický vývoj právní úpravy. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of certainty of the prayer for relief for individual types of lawsuits. The main goal is to find out what the current case practise is, whether it is satisfactory, and also to out-line solutions to possible problems.
