Travellers Cheques and Their Practical Use
Abstract:
Práce obsahuje shrnutí právního postavení cestovního šeku v České republice a jeho zařazení mezi jiné cenné papíry. Také se zabývá německou právní úpravou. Popisuje výhody a nevýhody cestovního šeku, a to i v porovnání s jinými platebními prostředky jako jsou např. platební karty. Zabývá se též vydáváním, placením, ztrátou a zničením cestovního šeku.
Abstract:
This work includes legal status of traveller´s cheque in the Czech republic and its categorization as a security. It covers german legal regulations of the traveller´s cheque as well. The work describes advatages and disadvatages of the traveller´s cheque in comparison with others payment instruments such as debit cards.
