Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na návrhy exportní strategie podniku Beton Brož s.r.o. a na základě analýzy v tomto podniku. Autor navrhl řešení situace pro daný podnik pomocí tří strategických návrhů, jak expandovat na zahraniční trh. Popsané návrhy řešení prokazatelně vede k možné realizaci.
Abstract:
The work is focused on export strategy design firm Concrete Ltd. Brooch and based on the analysis in this company. Author proposed a solution to the situationfor the company with three strategic proposals to expand into foreign markets. Described proposed solutions proven to lead to possible realization.
