V bakalárskej práci sa zaoberáme otázkou regulácie činností bánk. Naším cieľom je vysvetliť systém regulácie a dohľadu na Slovensku a v Európskej únii. Práca sa skladá z troch kapitol, z ktorých sa každá ďalej člení na podkapitoly.
