Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce na téma „Domáčtí zaměstnanci“ se zabývá vymezením tohoto pojmu, jeho historií i současnou úpravou v českém právním řádu. Práce seznamuje s pojmy jako jsou homeworking, teleworking či telepráce. Uvádí také mezinárodní úmluvy, které se danou problematikou zabývají, a úpravu ve třech vybraných státech EU. Nejrozsáhlejší část práce je věnována pracovním podmínkám domáckých zaměstnanců. Práce nastiňuje také výhody a nevýhody domáckých zaměstnanců. Obsahuje také zhodnocení stávající právní úpravy domáckých zaměstnanců a některé možné náměty na pozměnění jejich aktuální právní úpravy. Hlavním cílem je seznámit širokou veřejnou s problematikou domáckých zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis on the topic “Home workers” deals with the definition of this term, its history and current regulation in the Czech legal system. he work introduces concepts such as homeworking, teleworking or telework. It also lists the international conventions that deal with the issue and the regulation in three selected EU countries. The most extensive part of the work is devoted to the working conditions of domestic employees. The work also outlines the advantages and disadvantages of domestic employees. It also contains an evaluation of the current legislation of domestic employees and some possible suggestions for amending their current legislation. The main goal is to acquaint the general public with the issues of domestic employees.
