Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možných příčinách a následcích sideropenické anémie. Shrnuje také možnosti její léčby a prevence. Zabývá se absorpcí a metabolismem železa v lidském těle. Soustředí se na výskyt železa v potravinách a možnosti ovlivnění jeho resorpce z potravin. Abstract:
This thesis aims at describing potential causes and consequences of sideropenic anemia. It summarizes its treatment, prevention and further deals with iron absorption and metabolism in human body. The focus is placed on the sources of dietary iron and the ways of controlling its absorption from food.
