Abstract:
Cílem práce bude zhodnotit stávající situaci zaměstnaneckých benefitů v podniku, zjistit nejžádanější zaměstnanecké benefity mezi zaměstnanci, analyzovat jejich dopad na zaměstnance a firmu a navrhnout změny v poskytovaných benefitech.
