Analysis and optimization of the process of medical equipment maintenance
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení stavu procesu údržby zdravotnické techniky v Nemocnici Pardubického kraje, a.s. z pohledu rychlosti a účinnosti jeho zabezpečení. Na základě provedené analýzy procesu je zpracován návrh optimalizačních změn u zjištěných nedostatků. Popsané inovační návrhy na jejich řešení prokazatelně vedou k celkovému zlepšení zkoumaného procesu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the asessment of the state of medical equipment maintenance in the Pardubice Regional Hospital, a joint-stock company, in terms of the speed and efficiency of its ensuring. Based on the analysis of the process, the proposal of optimization changes of the identified deficiencies has been elaborated.
