Tato práce poskytuje přehled poznatků o inbrídinku, vypracovaný za využití relevantních recentních zdrojů. Zaměřuje se zejména na mechanismy, projevy a důsledky inbrídinku v malých populacích ve vztahu k reprodukční zdatnosti a jejím složkám, včetně matematického popisu. The thesis provides an overview on inbreeding by using relevant recent sources. It focuses primarily on the mechanisms, impacts and consequences of inbreeding in small populations in relation to fitness and its component, including a mathematical approach.
