Design of rotary pump and related piping system

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je návrh rotačního čerpadla a navazujícího potrubního systému pomocného chladícího okruhu teplé užitkové vody ve spalovně komunálního odpadu. Za tímto účelem byla zpracována rešerše rotačních čerpadel a návrhu potrubních systémů a popsána problematika stanovení tlakových ztrát a pevnostních a teplotně dilatačních výpočtů. Byl stanoven jmenovitý průměr potrubního systému, předběžně stanoveny tlakové ztráty a navrženo optimální čerpadlo. Dále byla navržena dipozice potrubního systému, který byl ověřen pevnostním a teplotně dilatačním výpočtem dle EN 13480. Na závěr byly přepočítány tlakové ztráty dle finálního designu potrubního systému.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to design a rotary pump and related piping system of a district heating auxiliary cooling system of a municipal waste incineration plant. For this purpose a research focused on rotary pumps and design of piping systems was made and problematics of pressure losses, strength and thermal expansion calculations was explained. A nominal diameter of the piping system was determined, preliminary pressure losses were calculated and an optimal pump was chosen. Then a space disposition of the piping system was designed and strength and thermal expansion calculation was made according to EN 13480. Finally, pressure losses were recalculated according to final desing of the piping system.
