Abstract:
V této diplomové práci bych chtěl zmapovat stav regulace finančního trhu v České re-publice, popsat me¬to¬dy, které regulatorní instituce k regulaci využívají, a instituce jimi regulované. V úvodu bych chtěl přiblížit si¬tu¬aci na českém finančním trhu a z ní vyplý-vající nutnost rozvoje regulace jako celku.
