Abstract:
Diplomová práce si klade za cíl vymezit charakteristické rysy alternativních trestů a upozornit na klady a zápory jednotlivých druhů trestů. Upozorňuje na některé problémy spojené s jejich ukládáním a snaží se navrhnout případné změny. This thesis´ goal is to specify characteristic attributes of alternative punishments and to draw attention to positives and negatives of individual types of punishments. It further draws attention to some problems related to awarding such punishments and tries to suggest possible modifications.
