Cílem práce je podat ucelený výklad o výkonu TOPP a to jak v rovině obecné, tak v rovině konkrétní, včetně souvislostí které jsou s výkonem tohoto druhu trestu neoddělitelně spjaty, a které mu předcházejí. Zabýváme se také úskalími, které při výkonu TOPP mohou nastat a jakou roli při výkonu TOPP sehrává PMS a ostatní subjekty, které na výkonu TOPP odsouzeným spolupracují. The aim of the work is to give a coherent interpretation of TOPP’s execution, both in general terms and in specific terms, including the context stemming from and preceding the execution of this type of sentence.
