Increase business preformance and cost saving in the form of homeworking
Abstract:
Homeworking neboli práce z domova se v posledních letech stává pro mnoho firem, bez ohledu na jejich velikost, zajímavou alternativou nastavení způsobu práce pro své zaměstnance. Důvodem, proč firmy přistupují k flexibilnímu pracovnímu režimu, je snaha o zvýšení spokojenosti svých zaměstnanců a snížení nákladů, jenž bezesporu vedou ke zvýšení celkové výkonnosti podniku.
Abstract:
Homeworking becomes in recent years for many companies, regardless of their size, an interesting option of way their employees work. The reason why companies join flexible working mode is to increase the satisfaction of their employees and reduce costs, this certainly leads to improve in the overall business performance.
