Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení a distribuci alkylfenolů v systému půda/voda. V této práci byly vybrány BPA, BPF, 4-n-NP, iso-NP, OP a 4-t-OP. Jedná se o antropogenní látky, které se uvolňují do prostředí. Jsou klasifikovány jako endokrinní disruptory. V teoretické části jsou popsány vlastnosti, zdroje, stabilita a distribuce alkylfenolů. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the determination and distribution of alkylphenols in soil-water system. In this study BPA, BPF, 4-n-NP, iso-NP, OP and 4-t-OP were observed. These anthropogenic substances are released into the environment. They are classified as endocrine disruptors.
