Use intonation construction in russian language in literary work (classic russian fairy tale)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na užívání intonačních konstrukcí v ruském jazyce. Především na příkladě literárního díla, tedy klasické ruské pohádky Гуси-лебеди. Práce bude rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme vymezením předmětu dvou nauk o zvukové stránce jazyka, fonetiky a fonologie. Intonace samotná spadá mezi suprasegmentální prvky, proto objasníme pojmy, které s těmito prvky úzce souvisí. Poté vymezíme všech 7 typů intonačních konstrukcí, jejich charakteristiku a zvláštnosti, včetně příkladů užití. Praktickou část budou tvořit příklady jednotlivých vět z díla. Vyjasníme, které intonační konstrukce jsou v díle použity, a pro lepší přehlednost získané poznatky uspořádáme do tabulky. Na závěr provedeme porovnání toho, které typy intonačních konstrukcí jsou používány nejčastěji a zda jejich užívání odpovídá poznatkům vymezeným v teoretické části práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis will focus on the use of intonation structures in the Russian language, in particular, on the example of a literary work, a classical Russian fairy tale Гуси-лебеди. The thesis will be divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the two subjects dealing with the acoustic aspects of a language, phonetics and phonology. Intonation itself falls within the suprasegmental features, therefore we will explain the terms that are closely related to these segments. Then we will define all the 7 types of intonation structures, their characteristics and their specialities including specific examples of their use. The practical part will consist of examples of sentences from the work. We will clarify the intonation structures used in the work and, for better clarity, we will arrange the obtained knowledge into a table. Finally, we will compare the types of intonation structures that are used most commonly and summarize whether their use corresponds with the knowledge defined in the theoretical part.
