Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje zvláštním pracovním podmínkám žen, těhotných žen a žen pečujících o malé dítě, které se snaží vyčerpávajícím způsobem shrnout a přehledně a logicky utřídit včetně návrhu vhodných změn současné právní úpravy.
Abstract:
This work is concerning about special working conditions of women, pregnant womem, and women looking after small children.I treid to summarize existing regulations completely and recapitulate them in logical way including the proposal of appropriate adaptations of existing legal regulations.
