Abstract:

Předmětem praktické části diplomové práce je restaurování oboustranně malované olejomalby na plátně z kostela sv. Vavřince ve Vizovicích. Jedná se o dva portréty, kde na jedné straně je vyobrazen sv. Alois Gonzaga z konce 19. století, signovaný Bohumírem Lindauerem a na straně druhé sv. Jiří na koni z 18. století. Dílo bylo vybráno s ohledem na návaznost k teoretické části. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá průzkumem závěsných obrazů in-situ z 19. století v tomtéž kostele. Součástí průzkumů je podrobná fotodokumentace a jednotlivé záměry malířských děl. Tato část zahrnuje také vznik technologické kopie vybraného portrétu z restaurovaného díla a to sv. Aloise Gonzagy.

Abstract:

The subject of the practical part of the diploma thesis is the restoration of double-sided oil painting on canvas from the church of St. Vavřinec in Vizovice. On one side of the painting is depicted a portrait of St. Alois Gonzaga, painted in the end of the 19th century signed by Gottfried Lindauer. On the other side is a portrait of St. George on horseback, painted in the 18th century. The work was chosedn with regard to the theoretical part. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the in-situ survey of hanging paintings in the same church. The survey includes detailed photo documentation and intentions of the individual paintings. This part also includes the execution of a technological copy of a selected portrait from the restored work, the portrait of St. Alois Gonzaga.
