The bachelor thesis focuses on the juvenile criminality and its prevention. The aim of the thesis was to identify the extent of juvenile criminality and to suggest appropriate and efficient systems of criminality prevention and regulation. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá trestnou činnosťou mladistvých a jej prevenciou. Cieľom predkladanej bakalárskej práce bolo určiť mieru kriminality a navrhnúť vhodné a efektívne systémy prevencie a regulácie trestnej činnosti mládeže.
