Resocialization of the child in the context of parental divorce

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces resocializace dítěte v průběhu rozvodu a v následné porozvodové situaci se snahou o minimalizaci následků rozvodu na dítě a se snahou předcházet nežádoucím jevům. Cílem je prozkoumat a popsat rizika, kterým jsou děti i pečující rodiče v tomto období vystaveni, a také zjistit, jaké metody jsou pro správnou resocializaci dítěte v kontextu rozvodu vhodné a jak tento jev specificky probíhá v praxi. Teoretická část popisuje výchozí teorie vztahující se nejen k rozvodu s nezletilým dítětem, ale i k úloze rodičů a blízkých osob při rozvodu. Objasněna je zde také aplikace pojmu resocializace v kontextu rozvodu. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje odborné intervenci a popisu jejího různorodého zaměření. V praktické části byly vedeny polostrukturované rozhovory s rozvedenými rodiči a s odborníky. Obě skupiny vzájemně doplní mozaiku této problematiky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the process of resocialization of a child during divorce and in the subsequent post-divorce situation with a focus to minimizing the consequences of divorce on the child and with an effort to prevent undesirable phenomena. The aim is to examine and describe the risks to which the child and the caring parent are exposed during this period, and also to find out what methods are suitable for the proper resocialization of the child in the context of divorce and how this phenomenon specifically takes place. The theoretical part describes the basic theories related not only to divorce with a minor child, but also the role of parents and loved ones in divorce. The application of the concept of resocialization in the context of divorce is also clarified here. Last but not least, the work deals with professional intervention and a description of its focus. In the practical part, semi-structured interviews were conducted with divorced parents and experts. Both groups complement each other in the mosaic of this issue.
