Succesfull and effective managers communications in practice

Abstract:

Effective managerial communication can not exist without the use of effective tools of communication and effective feedback. The core aim of this thesis is to highlight the broad framework of management skills and knowledge that a successful manager should be able to apply in practice. Readiness to communicate effectively is an important part of the qualifications of each investigator. The thesis consists of three constituent parts. The first part we take note of theoretical knowledge in the field of communication as verbal and nonverbal way. The second part focuses on the specific communication managers and information systems as a resource for effective communication manager. In the third section, we analyzed the practical communication literacy in the selected organization, we focus on the current state of communication, the findings of its merits and shortcomings, finding effective most commonly used different modes of communication between employees and providing suggestions to remedy deficiencies in communication.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je poukázať na široký rámec manažérskych zručností a znalostí, ktoré by mal úspešný manažér vedieť aplikovať v praxi. Pripravenosť efektívne komunikovať je dôležitou súčasťou kvalifikácie každého vedúceho pracovníka. Diplomová práca pozostáva z troch nosných častí. Prvá časť nás oboznamuje s teoretickými znalosťami v oblasti komunikácie ako verbálnej tak i neverbálnej. Druhá časť práce sa zameriava na špecifickú komunikáciu manažérov a informačné systémy ako zdroj pre efektívnu komunikáciu manažéra. V tretej praktickej časti analyzujeme komunikačnú gramotnosť vo vybranej organizácii, zamerali sme sa na analýzy súčasného stavu komunikácie, zistenia jej predností a nedostatkov, zistenie efektívnosti najčastejšie využívaných jednotlivých spôsobov komunikácie medzi zamestnancami a návrhmi na odstránenie nedostatkov v komunikácii.
