Tato práce je zaměřena na studium difúzních bariérových výbojů v Penningovských směsích s argonem. Cílem je odhalit parametry, mající vliv na typ a homogenitu výboje. Získané poznatky jsou určeny k porovnání s numerickými výpočty. Abstract:
This thesis main goal is to study the diffuse barrier discharges in Penning mixtures with argon. The first goal is to describe possible aspects, which influence the discharge type and homogeneity. Obtained results are assumed to be compared with numerical calculations. Great weight is thus put on observing the discharge formation.
