Abstract:

Moje diplomová práce na téma Tendence vývoje kontraktačního procesu je zaměřena na analýzu a rozbor problematiky kontraktace, uzavírání smluv a rovněž na tendence v kontraktačním procesu, které jsou součástí mého profesionálního života. Rozsáhlá část této práce je věnovaná teorii kontraktace a uzavírání smluv, jelikož bez teoritického základu nelze z mého pohledu porozumět součastným tendencim. Na základě analýzy zákoníků a historického vývoje kontraktace. Na základě vlastních zkušenností je vypracována praktická část této práce, ve které jsou uvedené z mé perspektivy nejdůležitější tendence ve vývoji kontraktačního procesu.

Abstract:

My diploma thesis „Trends of the contract process development“ is dedicated to the analysis of the contract management and contracts’ signature. Also, my dissertations is devoted to the understanding of trends‘ development of contractual process which are parts of my professional life. The extensive part of this thesis is dedicated to the theory of contracting and contracts’ signature, because without understanding of these processes it is nearly impossible to understand modern thends in contract management. The practical part of the thesis is based on the analysis of jurisdiction and historical evolution of contracting, as well as on my own professional experience. In the practical part of the thesis I list the most important trends in contract management which are driving changes the most in my opinion.
