Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou problematiky diskriminace. Je členěna do čtyř kapitol. V první části se zabývám vymezením pojmu diskriminace z obecného pohledu a otázkami s tímto spojenými. Druhá část upravuje právní regulaci zákazu diskriminace a principu rovnosti nejprve na národní úrovni, poté i z hlediska mezinárodního a komunitárního práva. My dissertation thesis deals with the analysis of the problem of discrimination. It is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, I deal with the delineation of the term “discrimination” from the general viewpoint and the issues related.
