Diplomová práce se zabývá spojením oceňování a financování dané nemovitosti, v tomto případě jde o komerční pozemek. Na začátku první kapitoly jsou popsány základní oceňovací metodiky. Praktickým příkladem je klasické ocenění porovnávací metodou a vzhledem k cíli práce, tedy navržení vylepšené metodiky, je jako další praktický příklad uvedeno ocenění s vylepšenými prvky porovnávací metody. This thesis deals with the evaluation and financing of a property, in this case a commercial property. The beginning of the first chapter explains the basic evaluation methodology with classical evaluation, where the comparison method is utilized in an example.
