Abstract:

Ve své práci bych se rád věnoval, v současné době hodně rozšířenému a velice populárnímu, bojovému sportu Judo. Nastíním nejdůležitější informace o jeho historii, představím vybrané soutěžní a nesoutěžní techniky juda, z nich vyberu takové techniky, které se dají nejlépe aplikovat při reálné sebeobraně.

Abstract:

In my work i would like to, at present very widespread and very popular, combat sport Judo. I will outline the most important information about its history, introduce competition and uncompetition techniques of judo, of which i will select those techniques that can be best applied in a real self-defense.
