Free Route Airspace in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na koncept Vzdušného prostoru volných tratí a na jeho zavedení v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je blíže popsat zavedení tohoto konceptu ve vzdušném prostoru České republiky a analyzovat jeho přínosy. Pro lepší pochopení problematiky jsou v teoretické části práce popsány pojmy, které se úzce pojí s leteckou dopravou - vzdušný prostor a jeho členění, letové provozní služby a poplatky za tyto služby. Dále jsou zmíněny důležité mezinárodní organizace působící v letectví a právní rámec celého konceptu. V praktické části práce je zmíněna metodika analýzy přínosů a prezentovány výsledky. Z výsledků analýzy jsou patrné hlavní přínosy zavedení konceptu a to ekonomického rázu z pohledu leteckých dopravců ve formě úspor nákladů spojených s pohonnými hmotami a ekologického rázu v podobě snížení množství produkovaných emisních plynů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the concept of Free Route Airspace and its implementation in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this thesis is to describe in detail the introduction of the concept in the Czech airspace and analyze its benefits. For a better understanding of the problems, are in the theoretical part described the terms that are closely associated with air transport - air space and its classification, air traffic services and fees for these services. There are also mentioned important international aviation organizations and legal framework of the concept. In the practical part of the work is mentioned benefit analysis methodology and results are presented. The results of the analysis show the main benefits of the introduction of the concept, namely economic impact in case of airlines in the form of cost savings associated with fuel and environmental impact in terms of reducing the amount of produced gas emissions.
