Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení nutričního screening u chirurgických pacientů. V teoretické části je vytvořen ucelený přehled o resekčních výkonech na vybraných orgánech, o hodnocení nutričního rizika a jeho metodách, pozornost je věnována důsledkům neadekvátní výživy a podpoře nutrice i v návaznosti na hojení operačních ran. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the nutritional screening in surgical patients. In the theoretical part there is presented a comprehensive overview of resections in selected organs, of nutritional risk assessment and its methods; attention is paid to the consequences of inadequate nutrition and nutritional support in relation to the healing of surgical wounds.
