Possibilities of using infrared and X-ray spectroscopy in tribodiagnostics

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá popisem současného stavu v oblasti tribodiagnostiky hydraulických kapalin. Důraz je kladen na dvě experimentální metody, infračervenou spektrometrii s Fourierovou transformací a rentgenovou spektrometrii, kterými se zjišťuje míra znehodnocení maziva a následně i míra znehodnocení strojních zařízení. Byl analyzován použitý hydraulický olej z hydraulických soustav používaných ve firmě Škoda Auto, a.s.

Abstract:

This theses is deals state of hydraulic fluids. Emphasis is laid on two experimental methods, infrared spectrometry with Fourier transformation, and X-ray spectrometry, when to find out the degree of lubrication depreciation and the degree of degradation of machinery. It was analyzed used hydraulic oil from the hydraulic systems used in the company Škoda Auto, a.s.
