Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu zátěžových situací v práci lektorů a jejím cílem bylo charakterizovat zátěžové situace v práci vybraných lektorů a popsat, jakými způsoby se s těmito zátěžovými situacemi vypořádávají. This diploma thesis is focused on stressful situations during lecturers work practice. The main goal is for particular lecturers to characterize those situations and describe the ways how they deal with them.
