Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části se věnuje historickému vývoji úpolů s důrazem na českou historii, uvádí definice a systematiku úpolů. First part is devoted to historical development of resistence exercises with the emphasize on Czech history, there are also given definitions and systematics of resistence exercises.
