Bakalářská práce pojednává o židovském skladateli Ernestu Blochovi a jeho jedinečné skladbě pro violu, Hebrejské suitě. Zaměřuje se na Blochův život a tvorbu, včetně charakteristiky a rozboru této skladby. Obohacená je o téma židovské problematiky v hudbě a s ní spojené velmi stručné dějiny židovského národa
